Where we ship
We ship to destinations within the United States only. We do not currently accept or fulfill international orders.
Processing time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Rates
Flat-rate shipping is $11.99 per order. Orders totaling $150.00 or more ship free.
Handling & packaging
Temperature-sensitive materials are handled cold-chain and shipped in insulated, discreet packaging to preserve integrity in transit. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged shipments
